I was researching information on the Constitution Party's website and I've found that there is an important distinction between "United States citizen" and an "American soverign"... at least before a judge. Is that distinction right? If I invoke the opt out clause (UCC 1-207) of Uniform Commerce Code... does their corporate law have no juristiction on me?
